![]() Inside here, on the side where you find the 10 ring capsule and the computer, you should find an ancient shrine behind a pile of wood. I suggest the route leading to the Air Necklace, as there are quite a few rings there, including two 20 ring capsules!ģrd Mission - Find the lost Chao! The water level must be at 1 to find the Chao!įrom the beginning go up the center structure to reach the top floor. The rest of the rings can be found scattered through out the board. These are located in the mine shafts with the water level at 1.Ģnd Misson - Collect 100 rings! For some quick rings, collect all the ones around you, then go up to the top floor and hit the 10 ring capsule in there. Note that when you have the Air Necklace, you can swim to other areas not mentioned above. When making your way through it without the Air Necklace, you will probably barely make it as your running out of air. This leads to the Air Necklace upgrade which is extremely handy. There is also another "Caution" shaft revealed. At the bottom left corner (based on starting position) you should find another tunnel. The stove looking things can be opened by punching them. Inside you can only go so far due to the water.Īt level 3 you reveal the whole place. On the second level and to the left of the starting point you find a mine shaft. You won't find much in here, mostly ghosts. Going inside will lead you to a small room with a little water in it (not enough to harm you). To the right of the starting point a "Caution" shaft is revealed. In here you will find a few animals and the switch to lower the water to 3.Īt water level 2 there isn't much revealed. In front of you is a center structure, climb up it and take the pulley to go inside the top floor. Level 2 is a little lower, and level 3 is the lowest. There are two switches behind you, they set it to 1 and 2. When you start on this stage, the water level is set to 1. ![]() So I'll give you a basic rundown of the stage. But with too linear level design, a **** up camera, and a story with plot holes bugger then my moms ass this game is worth playing but its not the most perfect game in the world like everyone says it is FINAL SCORE: 7.Name: Aquatic Mine Character: Knuckles Upgrade: Air NecklaceĪ Ranks 1st Mission: 14000 2nd Mission: 1:50 3rd Mission: 1:00 4th Mission: 14000 5th Mission: 15000ġst Mission - Find 3 pieces of the Master Emerald! As with all of Knuckles first mission hunting stages, the pieces are random. The graphics are really good and the music is nice. Before I give my final thoughts, the camera is absolute ass Sonic Adventure 2 Battle has not exactly aged well. To be honest if I ever talk about how much I love this game im most likely talking about the speed chracters. Oh boy okay so the radar in the treasure hunting stages works like this: instead of it detecting any piece of the merald when your close it only detects them in order making levels like metor herd, and mad space take **** forever depending on the random emerald placement. BUT THE GODDAMN **** TREASURE HUNTING STAGES. Speed stages are fun and the best part of this game, mech stages kinda suck but aren't too bad. Thre are 6 chracters but only 3 gameplay styles: speed, treasure hunting, mech shooting. First off the plot has too many freaking plot holes to make it an engaging and great plot. But that's kinda where my overall shower of praise ends. The soundtrack is not quite as a varied as Sonic Adventure 1 and I prefer the soundtrack to Sonic Adventure 1 but Sonic Adventure 2's soundtrack is still pretty freaking good. The soundtrack is also really really good despite the over use of the electric gutair. Sonic Adventure 2 looks fantastic with much more detailed and realistic looking enviorments, smoother models, and better animations and lip syncing in game and in cutscenes. Sonic Adventure 2 looks fantastic with much more Sonic Adventure 2 is a step up in the presentation and step down in the gameplay department.
